I am probably not the first to ask this question, but i was wondering if any of you is currently in the process of searching for a pharmacy internship (required to to complete the fpgec). I am currently considering to move to the US (no visa issues, i have the US citizenship) and have been looking into the equivalency process. Unfortunately, all i've been reading is quiet scary and negative... feels like getting a pharmacy internship is almost impossible. I would be more than thankful if someone can give me an honest opinion about the current situation. I keep hearing that large pharmacy chains do not consider foreign graduates for internships anymore... is this true? or maybe its only true in some states? what about independent pharmacies?
