Have any of you applied for Wisconsin Licensure? How long will it take to get the reply from them after we submit the documents and application for original licensure? Will they provide a deficiency letter if we don't submit SSN, and give the affidavit instead ? Those who have any info about this through personal experience or through friends, please reply...or please lemme know if there is any foreign pharmacist licensed in WI state and how to contact.
Do any of you know any foreign pharmacist who is doing internship or has licensed in Wisconsin State? If so, please give me their email id or contact info as private message.
