Hi .. Can any one help me in solving this problem? ( 41 question in syllabus book)

The half life of a drug is 9 days. A single 0.5 mg dose of the drug yields a [AUC] value 408 ng h /ml . In nanograms per milliliter, what plasma level will result at steady state if this product is given once daily and is 77% bioavailable?

Hi,

Css = F Do / Vd K T
But [AUC] = F Do / Vd K
hence Css = [AUC]/T
= 408 /24
= 17 ng/ml
