Oct 24 deadline

Hi, I need help and opinion. I sent in my application and it was received Sept 29. Last Oct 14, they sent out a new application form saying it was incomplete (the notary did not sign in the right space) and I received it Oct 21. I immediately sent it out and it would be received Oct 24. I sent them a fax Oct 21, asking for consideration to allow me to take the December exam. Considering I still don't have my ATT, do you think it's possible I can take the December exam? Thanks!

I'm same situatian since june 04.
I gave them acall couple times.I send them fax.
2 months ago they send me a letter( it says if you have any problem you will have time to correct for december exam.)
Still i i did't receive anything yet.
So what you things?
Do you think i will take the exam this december?.Should i study very hard or what should i do??????

I am still in same situation , waiting for my papers.... It is hard to study hard bc I can't concentrate properly.... Hope we will get. Good luck to all !!!!!!!! I sent my papers last year...
