last date for ATT

Hi,
Can anybody knows upto when , NABP will send the ATT to us. Is October 20 is the last date? Or after that also NABP will send the ATT? i have this question in my mind...bcoz i am waiting for my ATT..

if nabp send u before oct 20 then u r eligible for dec 2006,if they send u later then u r eligible for june 2007 exam,but u will ATT at some point of time.

This Oct 20 is the receiving date or NABP's letter preparation date. Whether they will mention in ATT when we are eligible for the exam?
