colu
hi, inotropic means the drug which affects the rate of contraction and chronotropic means the drug which affects the force of contraction. the meaning of positive and negative mean increase and decrease accordingly. CHRONO is related with time which means in our exemple rate of contraction. Inotropic. has a relation with the force or strengh of contration.
