Question Hi khadija,Bigmoonstar and everyone, please help

hi every one.wish all study well.
Khadija and Bigmoonstar i like o how you guys study CLINICAL sciences from remington. You wrote that these topics r in Remington grom 94 and onwards.
But i do not organize these topics from Remington. If you don't mind can exaplain how u guys refer remington for Clinical sciences.Read whole chapters or few topics from that chapter.

    I have problem in C(Pharmacotherapy........),
Methods of outcome monitoring and assessment technique,
Drug monitoring for positive and negative outcomes
    and many more

i wish i could help you,,, but Clinical sciences is all about good understanding of clinical pharmacology, Remington, is broad book , good as a reference but not as a review,, i recommend any pharmacology book or even The Comprehensive Pharmacy Review.
I have this advice from many prevoius FPGEE takers,,
    Pharmacology+ mangnt+calculations+some basic sc.+ Q& A= FPGEE success.

    Good luck, don't distract yourself

    good luck

    Hi,

I have read some chapters from Reminghton a few months ago I tried to make notes, which is not an easy task , because you have to read and read ... to much tolke in that book . I gave up reading the reminghton, I felt Im not progressing at all, but I can tell that some topics in Area 4 in the new bleu print you will found that reminghton refers to them in one paragraph or even a few lines, not as a whole chapter.
I still didn't get my approval for december yet, so Im back studying The Comprehensive Pharmacy Review 6th edition which I found it very up dated compared to the 4th one

    good luck

don't kill thy self by reading Remingtons for pharmacology ...i interacted with some failed candidates ... i think their failure is partially due to over studying ( i mean too deep...)....just study basics ...they are are so many websites available for your to teach....then study The Comprehensive Pharmacy Review.....that should be enough...if you don't have time to go through internet and stuff...just study BPR CD...it is like mannon stuff,...gives only information u need fpgee point of u..then focus on The Comprehensive Pharmacy Review ...

    I think nabp suggested book

Cipolle RJ Strand LM, Morley PC. Pharmaceutical Care Practice: The clinicians Guide 2nd ed

    will be helpful.

I saw the contents of the book online and it looks pretty much covered (The pharmacotherapy part also) the clinical sciences part.

Pleast take a look at the contents once if you have time. I ordered this book thinking it is helpful.
