Welcome to the FPGEE forum,

The process usually takes 3-6 months. It's widely variable.

TOEFL and TSE have been replaced by one test,TOEFL ibt. You may take FPGEE and TOEFL ibt in whichever order. However, TOEFL scores are valid for only two years.
