Is there anybody who has not received the result in US?

I am in SC, have not received the letter by today, I called NABP and was told the letter was mailed out on Aug 10th. Then I called USPS and was told it will take 3-4 days for regular mail. What happed on earth?
Is there anyone who is on the same boat with me?
