In FPGEE bulletin says that the countries who don't issue license or registration need to

a request for an “Affidavit
for Failure to Obtain Licensure in a Foreign Jurisdiction”

must be submitted with the application materials.

Does anybobody knows what is that and how it can be done?

Don't worry, MAX7.
I don't need to have a license to practise pharmacy in my country either.
Just send all of your documents to NABP.
Then they'll send you an Affidavit of Failure.
you'll have to fill it out , notarise it, and send it back to board.
