    One compartment model

What is the difference between one compartment open model and one compartment close model?

    Thank you for the time

I will think of open compartement model as the whole body as 1 compartment lipidic tissue and hydrophilic , closed compartement maybe would be like for instance fat tissue which store lipid soluble drug. ** just guessing

In open compartment model, drug can excrete from the body but in close compartment model drugs can't excrete easily from the body just like drug in a beaker.

That is even logical and better
