    After FPGEC

    Hi everyone,

I was wondering after passing the FPGEE and TOEFL exams and receiving the FPGEC, what are the following steps in the licensing proccess?

    I would appreciate any replies

It depends on where you are located. Details are on your particular state board's website.

You have to register as an Intern Pharmacist.

    http://www.pharmacy.ca.gov/forms/intern_app_pkt.pdf

Once you are an intern, you need to complete 1500 hours of pharmacy practice experience, both in retail and institutional settings.

After that, you will apply to take the board exams (the NAPLEX and California Jurisprudence exams).

Once you pass those, you will surrender your intern license for a pharmacist's license.

No you don't. That is for American Interns not foreign Graduates.
Call the CA Board and they will confirm it.

    Yes, its paid.

So, if you do your internship in the hospital, does that mean you don't have to do any retail hours?
