stand: Monetary compensation may be a necessary stimulus, but not the most powerful stimulus for improving employee productivity.

There can be more than one type of stimulus that motivate employees
--psychological stimulus : recognition or a promotion on achieving good results.

--higher job responsibility.

--better medical benefits, perks, vacations or paid holidays
