"To understand the behavior of the society it is important to observe the behavior of the people in their leisure time rather than when they are at work"

 

 

Following is my essay of the issue. I will be waiting with all types of comments.

 

1. Gramatical errors.

2. Error with sentence construction.

 

Many people believe that observation of people’s behavior at work is important to understand the behavior of a society. However a closer look at the topic will reveal that it’s the people’s behavior at leisure time which reflects the true nature of the society.

 

 

The main reason why the behavior of people at leisure is crucial in understanding nature of the society is that a person is in its original self when at leisure as compared to someone at work. The person tends to be more relaxed and be himself

 

 

For example: Mr. Shang who works at a software firm needs to show qualities of leadership, attitude, motivation to hold the team together and for the regular growth. He will not be the same at home and it’s a mask which he puts up while work as it’s a demand of working conditions. He will not be able to pose this all day, that’s when he tends to get back to his true self to relax.

 

 

Another factor which determines the nature of a society is how people with in the society interact. In the leisure time people are in their natural behavior and they will interact the way their true nature directs them to, which also reflects the true nature of the society as a whole, however at work one has to follow some norms, guidelines for interaction with one another. People are supposed to be professionals at work and hence cannot be natural, hence it doesn’t reflects the original behavior of the society.

 

 

 

Society is more then just looking at people under their working conditions, directed by rules and regulations and timing where everyone is afraid to show their natural behavior. If one really wants to know the true nature of the society he/she has to find out how people really behave in their leisure time, how they interact, how they feel and how they carry themselves naturally.

 

 

Keeping in mind the example mentioned above if one really wants to understand the true nature of a society one has to be part of the leisure time activity rather then the work activities.
