196"Technology creates more problems than it solves, and may threaten or damage the quality of life."

Technology of human beings has developed greatly. It solved many problems, and made many actions possible, which we couldn't image before. But we must admit when solving problems, technology mostly often creates more problems, and sometimes the new problems may threaten our lives.

When we look back our history, technology changed our lives greatly. It makes our lives modern and convenient. But if we retrospect our history, we will find it also created many new problems. Such as the invention of car. The car offers convenience to people. People can drive a car to go to office in short time, or to go out to enjoy nature beauty. But the accumulating amount of cars results much new problems. The amount of pollution air, the cramped traffic road in rash hour, and the limit park places in city, are all threatening the people's peace life. And facing the fascinating development of astronomy technology, I am afraid people would bring new pollution to space.

But does it mean that to avoid the new damaging problem, we should throw off all technology or stop its progress? Of cause the answer is No. Such though is too negative. After all, if without the modern technology, we still would have many problems, and most of them might threaten and damage our lives more. If without the medicine science, many diseases would still bring people's life easily. If without the modern technology that can detect the earthquake quickly, the damage created by a earthquake would be more greatly, and the salvage would be delayed.

Secondly, with the development of technology and science, we can resolve problems endlessly, even the new problems. We should have the confidence. The development of people is an escalating process, in the procedure: find problem, resolve problem, find new problem, and resolve it again. For example, facing the new pollution resulted from the car; scientists are trying to develop the new vehicle droved by clean power, such as the sun energy. And many laboratory products have appeared.

And I think when we develop technology, if we put more thought and think it comprehensively, we can try to avoid the possible damage. For example, though the nuclear power plant can supply amount the electric power and is more modern than the traditional electronic station. But considering the danger, the damaging radiation and the problem to resolve the waste of nuclear, countries are now very careful in using nuclear power. And many nations begin to explore more clear and safe energy considering their environment. Some nation use wind energy, and some use water energy which are more safe and clean.

There is an old saying that when the God give you a thing he will take something from you. All together, comparing the benefice and the damage, which brought by technology, the benefit is more.

Speaker claims that Technology creates more problem then its benefits,i consider this claim as partially incomplete and lacking exposition, in order to bolster i would buttress my view .
As per famous adage" every side has two coins, that is pros and cons" in order to maximize the benefit its up to us to winnow.
Technology has always been a result of quest of the advancement , for instance arrival of Internet , it not only revolutionized the world of communication but also acts as a gateway of knowledge and resources , irrespective of field , all information are available just on a click, this not only helped the pedantic but also a common man for whom finding a information use to be a cumbersome process, there are n number of benefits which the world of internet has given on the flip side there are disadvantages too which condescends the boon of this technology, Hacking, security threat, system viruses etc are few of the drawbacks also arrival of Internet has made us more sluggish in approach, we believe in spending more time on Internet then reading books, newspaper..

I would like to quote on more example, the advancement in cars since ages has been one of the most common phenomena, we can not deny and have to accede with unequivocal disposition that advent of new technologies in vehicles not only made our life easy but also more luxurious on the contrary it also yielded the problem of air pollution, paucity of natural resources such as oil.But again this is not an acme to it, if problem of air pollution came then solution in forms of CNG, Electric cars are also on their way.

Similarly in electronic gadgets, continuous changes have lead to amelioration, for instance calculator, mobile phones, digital dictionary etc has gone through various changes in terms of their size, storage capacity and features, at times the size of these gadgets was a big issue and carrying them was not an easy affair, but with the advancement of time, size has decreased making it more handy and attributes has lead to accretion .Infact in every walk of life technology has given and is still on the process whether we take a flying experience or a piece of non stick utensils, it acts as a vital ingredient of our life.


Hence, would like to state that Technology is meant for the betterment of life and acts as a catalyst in the development of a nation, wise usage of Technology not only urbane but also ascend boon then bane.
