I found that I can only write 450 words in 45 minutes...this is a bit too little isn't it

Ten words a minute? Yes, that's a bit slow. You should try to improve your typing speed! You'll need to type a lot faster in college!

Opps! I think the correct question should be, my GRE essay's length is of 450 words....do you think is it sufficient?

Well, it really depends then on the quality of what you write. I wouldn't say that 450 words will automatically cause you to have a low score. Have you submitted any essays here for people to look at?

I did post my workings on GRE issue and argument forum, it seems that no one is interested in giving their opinion...prehaps you will like to evaluate it?

Well, I hope you can be patient. It may take some time for others to look at your essay. But the people who do look at them will be other people just like you, helping you out of the goodness of their hearts. Perhaps you could create some good karma by helping others out?
