For the first one (I presume you mean the one with Kale, Lettuce and Collard Greens)
You need to find the only one that doesn't let you arrive at the logical conclusion (find the odd one out)
It helps to draw a quick line diagram:

K > S (Evidence)
CG > L (Evidence)
Therefore, K > L

Notice something missing? If I were to say to you that All A's are B's and all B's are C's, therefore all D's are E's, you'd notice there was something missing right off the bat.
Back to our problem, the wrong answer choices will all supply the missing parts that will help you make the connection. You need to choose the one that doesn't do this ("the odd one out")
