I was earlier confused with D as well.. but for all people who thinks D is a valid options, please remember revenue is just money earned and not profit.. therefore it may be possible that profits decreses but revenue increases

B - Whether or not profit increases or decreases will not affect revenue
C - Scope issue..."other business lines"
D - Costs would affect revenue..so no (however costs could be passed onto the consumer causing revenue to decline...but I like A better)
E - Don't over think this...supply is outside the scope of the argument as supply isn't mentioned in the evidence.
