Percentage Question

of the members of a marching band, what percentage are boys who play trombone?
1.30% of the members of the band play trombone
2.60% of the members of the band are boys.

Both the statements together are insufficient

Staement 1: say let there be 100 members, we know that 30 play trombone but we don't know the number of boys

Statement 2: from this statement say out of 100, 60 are boys but we don't know how many of them play trombone

combine 1 & 2 we know 60 are boys but we don't know what % of them is playing trombone
