    A question of a number

    If m+2=10^n, where m and n are positive integers, n=?
    (1) The sum of digits of m is 116.
    (2) n>10

    The number m is 9999....(x times)8 e.g 999998 or something like that.
    So sum of digits = 9*x +8 =116
    So x=12
    So m is 9999999999998 (12 times 9 followed by 8)
    m+2 = 10^13

    So n=13

    see i do not know how these GMAT questions work out. I do not know what is A,B etc. Sorry. But I suppose you can infer from the answer.

    (2) was not necessary if that is what you mean
