A city government will provide presents to the people who are older than 65 and has lived in the city for less than 2 years. The population of the city is known, how many percent of presents are to be provided?
    1) 20% of the people are older than 65
    2) 60% of the people lived there for less than 2 years.

    SPOILER: Answer is E

individually each statment does not give the details about # of people.

Using both the statements together we still don't know that how many of the 60% of the people who stayed < 2 yrs are above 65 yrs. Or vise-a versa.

    Hence Answer E

    HTH !

E it is. No way to determine % of population that satisfies both constraints.
