    inequalities

    i felt the first statement is sufficient to ans the quest.

    Is x^4+y^4>z^4 ? (a)

    (1)X^2+Y^2>Z^2 (b)
    for x=2, y=3, z=1, inequalities (a) and (b) are true
    if x^2=1/2, y^2=1/3, and z=2/3 , the inequality (b) is true
    however, (a) will be 1/4+1/9>4/9 which is not possible.
    Hence, ans E
    KEEP IT SIMPLE!
