1) The average of set A = 15
2) The least number in A is 2

IMO,
it is B

Since the least number in A is 2, that means others are greater than 2, which implies there is variance among them. Hence std deviation cannot be 0

From 1, all the 10 numbers could be 15, as a result std deviation would be 0

Sounds logical...
So if we have all the numbers as 2, cann't we make a statement - least number is 2. In case we can - then my answer would be C

But if u combine the 2 i.e least number is 2 and average 15 than yes u can say that there is some variation among number and SD !=0
