    hundredths digit

    is the hundredths digit of decimal d > 5?
    1. tenth digit of 10d > 5
    2. thousandths digit of d/10 is 7

    IMO D because ...

    (1) Tenths digit of 10d is same as hundredths digit of d ... SUFFICIENT
    (2) Thousandths digit of d/10 is same as hundredths digit of d ... SUFFICIENT
