Is it common to see questions related to Circles within the GMAT? Questions such as radians?

Yes, and Yes. Circle, triangles in circles, vertexes, tangent lines, 4 large circles around a small circle with a polygon in one of them with a triangle in 3 of them.

GMAT Kaplan has very good exercises/tutorials for circles. It dwarfs the Princeton review .

Adding to ionno's answer, till date I have not come across the single question which deals with radians.
