(2) An equal number of scholarships will be granted at each scholarship level.what does this mean?.
Does it mean that out of 10 ....each out of 10 will get 10,000,5000,1000??

as we need the total no. of scholarships avilable and how they are distributed.
but what will be the answer if it's given in the problem solving section?
