What would you suggest to improve performance on the number and inequality problems?

Remember these properties when you have inequalities involving positive and negative numbers

neg+neg = neg
pos+pos = pos
pos-neg = pos
neg-pos = neg
neg x neg = pos
neg x pos = neg
pos x pos = pos
neg/pos = neg
pos/neg = neg
pos/pos = pos
neg/neg = pos
neg^even = pos
neg^odd = neg
