Just trying to focus on most important aspects, should I care about perpendicular bisectors ?

My personal preparation policy - learn as much geometrical concepts as possible beyond what the OG covers. Problems may not be based on such concepts entirely, but knowledge of a few handy rules and concepts go a long way in saving time.
