quant review first edition
Not sure about DS #51:
Is xy>5 1. 1<=x<=3 and 2<=y<=4 2. x+y = 5 SPOILER: The OA is c, but I think it should be E. Take for instance x=10 and y=-5 -5(10) = -50 which is not greater than 5. |

i also think the answer is E
(1) x=1,y=4 1*4<5 but x=3, y=2, 2*3=6>5 so 1 st not sufficient (2) x+y=5 again x=1,y=4 1*4=4<5 x=2,y=3 2*3=6>5 not sufficient together not sufficient with above examples x=1.y=4 no x=2 y=3 yes so E |
