couldn't figure statement 1 out...thanks for everyone's help!

Stmt1:
n and t : greatest common factor is 5
=> n can be 2*5 and t can be 5*7 (GCF = 5)
whereas nt can have 7 as the greatest prime factor.
if n = 2*5 and t = 5*3 (GCF = 5)
=> nt will have 5 as the greatest prime factor
Insufficient

Stmt 2:
LCM of n and t = 105 (= 3*5*7)
=> nt has 3,5,7 prime factors
=> greatest prime factor = 7
Sufficient

answer B.
