length of longer diagonal

I think the figure is a rhombous .

 

D1=Bigger diagonal = 2 *(31/2 /2 )*X

 

(Here diagonals are perpendicular and bisect each other)

 

D2=smaller diagonal =2*(1/2)*X

 

X= side of parallelogram

 

Reqd ration=1/31/2

You are correct the figure is Rhombus thus If we take both the diagonal there are four equal right triangle ( as diagonal bisect each other at 90) here we get sides ratio as 1: √3 : 2 where opposite angles are 30 , 60 and 90 .

the side opposite to 90 is side of rhombus.

and rest two are half of diagonals thus ratio of diagonal is 1 :√3
