OG10-382 least number---OA is incorrect?

382. Of the following, which is least?
a) 1/0.2
b)(0.2)^2
c) 0.02
d) 0.2/2
e) 0.2

between b and c,
b is 0.04 and c is 0.02

don't you think that 0.02 is less than 0.04? but oa is b. Am I totally lost?

1/0,2=10/2=5
(2/10)^2=(1/5)^2=1/25
0,02=2/100=1/50
0,2/2=1/10
2/10=1/5
so given list
5, 1/25, 1/50, 1/10, 1/5
1/50 is the least number so C
