    If the area of square S and the area of circle C are equal, then the ratio of the perimeter of S to the circumference of C is closest to
    1. 7/9
    2. 8/9
    3. 9/8
    4. 4/3

    s^2=pi*r^2, find 4s:2pi*r

    s^2/r^2 = pi; sqrt(pi) = s/r

    2s^2/r = 2pi*r; 4s:2s^2/r => 2:s/r=sqrt(pi) => 2:1.8 => 9:8, 3/C
