The total number of suicide attempts: 0.3x+x = 1.3x (to account for the first attempt group + the repeated attempt group) Percentage of first attempt = x/1.3x=77% (not in the answer choices). BUT, all of this, is assuming that there will be no more fresh suicide attempts throughout the six month period (which, although optimistic, does not seem to be a founded assumption.....)
