    Maximum sum of digits of 2 digit positive integer is 18 so, prime number <18 are 11,13,17 so, numbers are

    29,92,38,83,47,74,56,65 -----sum of digits is 11
    49,94,58,85,67,76------------sum of digits is 13
    89,98------------------------sum of digits is 17

    So, Ans is 16----(A)
