M$ paint, its a Free Program that comes with Windows AFAIK.

Is my picture the correct solution? If you consider the rotation of the blue and the greens about the 4 quadrants?

Close, except you have to remember they're all squares

If the first side is from (0,0) to (8,6), then the second will go from (8,6) to (14,-2). Here's the diagram:


If the first side goes from (0,0) to (6,8), then its second side will go from (6,8) to (14,2):


Remember, they're all rotation of the square with side length 10, these just happen to have integer values for vertices.
