hi couber, i think for the choice A to be correct the orignal sentence must use 'that'
Section 13(d) of the securities exchange act of 1934 requires that anyone who buys more than 5 percent of a company's stock make a public isclosure of the purchase. since that is missing, the best possible answer is choice C |
