usually you get 'one of the NOUN (plural) + plural verb..

example: He is one the persons who make money..

so going by the above rule, A sounds good to me

IMO A is the answer.

There is a difference between the two

One of the + plural noun + singular verb

vs

one of the +plural noun + that/ who + plural verb
