bearbull
economic vs economical Economic means "having to do with the economy or the study of economics." Economical means "careful or prudent in managing finances, money- saving." Economically is the adverb form of both words. --------------------------------------------------------------------------

If you want to convert 'so.... that' into 'so... as to', please keep that in mind there are two things satisfied. the subject and the tense of verb should be the same. for example, subject #1 verb #1 so that subject #2 verb #2 ---> subject #1 verb #1 so as to ~~~~ Thanks a lot! bearbull
it should be so debilitating it is as to. It is still wrong !!!!!! X should be adjective or adverb. mitzi
It is still wrong !!!!!! X should be adjective or adverb. please explain Thanks So debilitating is it as to~ is incorrect. It should be it is as to~~~. because when a pronoun is used as a subject in a inversed clause, the pronoun should be preceded. for example. a. Here comes Tom. (O) b. Here comes he. (X) c. Here he comes. (O) in B) "he" is a pronoun. when b) is inversed, 'he' comes first in C) thanks.

So X as to where x is adjective or adverb phrase and not a clause A phrase will not have a noun and verb Only clause will So debilitating it is as to What is x ? It is clause RT? Hence wrong The correct option would be SO debilitating as to HTH!!!!!
