A & B are very close.Can anyone pls explain y are they given as 2 separate choices? The problem with A & B is that...it does not contrast the 2 effects.I mean the 1st part deals with the things that have been limited and the second is something which has been done in addition to the limitations. I got it. The 'and' in D makes it a winner.The position of and.And it clearly segregates the 2 sets of benefits.1st the whole lot of limitations and 2nd the balanced partnerships. I think D.
