(B) those who dispose or service
(C) anyone disposing of or who services
(D) the disposal or repair of
(E) someone who disposes or repairs

All/some/any are uncountable nouns which require singular verbs. This becomes apparent E is the answer.

IMO A

disposing of is correct idiom

also we need a subject such as anyone, someone, those, etc who will execute the action - "must capture the chlorofluorocarbons in the refrigerant chemicals"

disposing of // servicing

Anyone can dispose off one refrigerator at one time and not refrigerators.

For me the confusion was btw A and B.

IMO B.
Reason: I think the structure is parallel in B.

I vote for A. For B, wouldn't you have to say dispose of? Rather than just dispose? Who has the OA!?
