Although schistosomiasis is not often fatal, it is so debiliating that it has become an economic drain on many develpoing countries.
The original sentence is correct.that i could get because of idom "so X that Y".I need help in eliminating other answer choices. 1)It is of such debiliation, it has become economical. one flaw is that "Such X that Y" format is missing.
