krishsays Posted September 13, 2005 Share Posted September 13, 2005 "some people believe that the benefits of the a healthy diet outweigh that of regular exercise " ..this sentence is wrong ..and it becomes correct by replacing " that of regular exercise" with " those of regular exercise" but I dont understand what is the reason behind this.... is it because "those " is plural ..and "that" singular ...
