Thanks. Hi lee Looking at the sentance, at first glance, we know that the correct option should start with "is that". This leaves us with B and C. Now C is a passive voice and B is active voice and gramatically correct as well. Thats why i feel that B is the best answer. Rest! Erin can explain in a beautiful manner.
