    If u choose A.
You will see the redundancy of employing among.

    The correct answer is E.
coz it is designed to describe that:
India is among 10 countries, which 7 of those countries.......,
    and the remaining 3 countries..............

    so tricky.

'Have been' is not appropriate in E. Therefore A should be the correct one.

    Hi Erin,

Just wanted to understand, the problem with choosing E - notwithstanding all the arithmetic involved with it - is that it awkwardly uses "that have been the only ones" which must rule out any chances of selecting it.
Besides if you do the math - being among a pool of 7 achievers and also among the pool of 3 achievers adds upto 7 as indicated in the main clause so we are good with choosing A which is otherwise grammatically perfect.

    Thank you.

I did the math wrong. 7 and 3 add upto 10 as indicated in the main clause. Some problem keeping track of numbers!!!
