IMO C.Though I have some reservations on this.No other seems to be correct.
I would have preferred -from those of mammals. What the heck?its not in any choice!!

Agree with Official Answer as B says - "from a mammal's" - which refers to the eyes of the mammals and not the mammal itself as in A,C,D and E is awkward.

Firstly different than is wrong so D and E are out.

Fish is plural here (thier)
Correct would be eyes are different than those

B is correct here.
