(B) he said it had to be posted on the corporate web site so that both management and labor knows what everyone is
(C) he said that they would have to post the assignments on the corporate web site so that management and labor knew what everyone was
(D) he said that the schedule would have to be posted on the corporate web site so that both management and labor would know what everyone was

Between A and D
I chose D...

I eliminates 'A' because of 'will'

(A) he said that it must be posted on the corporate web site so that both management and labor will know what everyone is

@scorpion
(D) he said that the schedule would have to be posted on the corporate web site so that both management and labor would know what everyone was tense mismatch

Can you please correct the tense in option D??
Assuming that 'schedule would have' is correct
Is this correct-
(D) he said that the schedule would have to be posted on the corporate web site so that both management and labor know what everyone is

OA is A .

But I also chose D. I still do not understand the verb mismatch in D. Please explain how the reasoning below is iwrong.

IMO, scentence begins with "he said" which is past tense
so "would have" is also a past participle
and "would" is also past tense of "will" in third part of scentence.
Hence all three parts of the scentence in is past. So choice D should be right.

But in choice A , scentence begins "he said" past tense then second and third part of scentence are in present tense. It looks verb mismatch to me.

IPL decided that player will not participate in any future IPL match.

I do not see any issue in saying like this. Do you?

Thanks..
I guess you mean the sentence is better this way

'Past' --> 'present/future'
or
'Present --> '/future'
