I aint any grammar expert but since A seems to convey the meaning comfortably, i dont see any need to put in 'who is' again after the and.

The first who is needed to initiate the clause but dont see it as a part of the ||ism..I m jus going wit the logic that 'if a sentence can convey the same meaning without any grammatical errors, dont add in extra words...(A) maintains ||ism, clearly identifies who we r talking abt..

Grammar experts, plz chip in ?

Exam day, i would hve still chosen the first one...Grammar gurus..plz chip in some ideas on why it doesn't maintain ||ism or why the second one is a better option..

A is actually 2 sentences joined by the conjunction “and”. So if you re-write this sentence it will become - who is actually quite honest and who is actually quite not inclined to rob anyone – This is wrong
Whereas B fixed this issue

B. Maintains parallel structure....I choose B.
A. Produces clear meaning ...without any ambiguity..Not sure why A is Not a correct answer.
