(A) and (C) r definitely out..clearly awkward..
(D) = the usage of 'of them' is redundant.. i m really unsure between (B) and (E) I ll go with (E)...in (B) have vanished is too far off from the 'Nearly 99 percent' ..The usage should be 'Nearly 99 % have vanished..as in (E)...also i guess..living creatures have appeared is better than just 'appeared' (more so bcos the original sentence uses 'have appeared') IMO (E).. |
