Kirri
According to analysts, an alliance between three major personal computer companies and most of the nation’s largest local telephone companies would enable customers to receive Internet data over regular telephone lines with speeds much higher than is currently possible. A. with speeds much higher than is B. with speeds that are much higher than are C. at much higher speeds as are D. at much higher speeds than that E. at speeds much higher than are Please Try and post you Ans with Expl
dv_dheeraj
IMO E has to be data at speeds rules out AB. A also has an SV error. C uses as when than is required for comparison. That in D is unnecessary. E is the best.
banker1
IMO: E © and (D) just feel wrong. I believe "with" indicates possesion of something, telephone lines cannot posses speed... with that in mind (A) and (B) are out. At seems to measure the rate of speed... getsetgo
A. with speeds much higher than is...should be are B. with speeds that are much higher than are...wordy C. at much higher speeds as are...violates X more/much than Y form D. at much higher speeds than that...are missing E. at speeds much higher than are...correct
